hi, everyone. I'd like to go ahead and schedule a date for the fall swap, so people have it on their calendars.

How does the weekend of Oct 1 look? Sat Oct 1 or Sun Oct 2?

Jeff: no particular reason--it was there on the calendar calling excitedly ' pick me pick me.' I have no problem with making it a week or 2 earlier

I'd appreciate it a little earlier too, Robin... middle of September maybe ? Give plants we bring home and put in the ground some time to establish before winter sets in.

the spring swap was my first but basically

you offer up what plants , seedlings , cuttings , divisions you have to spare
and choose from others peoples list of what they have offered , on here before the swap

and there was a free to good home table or two on swap day as well

I definitely left with more then I brought

A pint can't hold a quart , If it is holding a pint it is doing the best that it can.
