hi, everyone. I'd like to go ahead and schedule a date for the fall swap, so people have it on their calendars.

How does the weekend of Oct 1 look? Sat Oct 1 or Sun Oct 2?

thanks,
Catmint

Going to the beach that weekend, I won't be able to make it then. Why is it so late?

Jeff: no particular reason--it was there on the calendar calling excitedly ' pick me pick me.' I have no problem with making it a week or 2 earlier

I'd appreciate it a little earlier too, Robin... middle of September maybe ? Give plants we bring home and put in the ground some time to establish before winter sets in.

Thanks for hosting, can't wait to see your gardens !

Ditto to middle of Sept ONLY IF that's equally good for you, Robin. Thank you so much for hosting!

the spring swap was my first but basically

you offer up what plants , seedlings , cuttings , divisions you have to spare
and choose from others peoples list of what they have offered , on here before the swap

and there was a free to good home table or two on swap day as well

I definitely left with more then I brought

A week or two earlier gets our vote too, if that works for you, Robin.

So Sept 10/11 or 17/18? Any preferences?

I'm looking forward to having people over! Smiling

Either Sept 10 or 17 works for us. (Figuring we'll need at least the following day to plant our new acquisitions!)

It will be great to finally see your yard and all those plants I helped you acquire!

Best dates for me are Sept 10/11, wedding following weekend.

Hey Kurt, you forgot to mention the fabulous pot luck food!
