Hi Susie, I just wanted to make sure this daylily is 30 inches tall with only a one and a half inch bloom and that every year that has been pretty much the standard. Thanks! Much joy to you today.

Take a look at the images under "Little Wart" in the database here, it's pretty close.

This looks really close to a daylily that I have from Apps-Blew. It is called
Happy Enchantment. But it is not evergreen. Your height matches my height. I get more blooms than I can count, probably more than any daylily I have seen. But my bloom is also smaller than registered but not as small as yours. You would have to Google for pictures there are none on the database. Many blessings to you on your search!

I would not rule it out yet because of the flower size. I had a lot of blooms this year that were much smaller than normal. Some blooms that are registered at 4.5 inches were displaying at only 2.5 inches. Now as the season progresses they have mostly resumed their normal flower size.
