Hello, I have a problem with the identification of this plant. The gender seems "Amisnikia" but I'm almost sure in my island there is not this gender. Can anyone help me? I know the photo is not that good.

FloraFlorez, welcome. Welcome!
I cannot find anything for Amisnikia; is it spelled correctly?
Also please, which island?
When you have time can you take a photo of the entire plant including the leaves; that may help with the identification.
Thank You!

Hi sorry, it is Amsinckia. The problem is that i need to make an herbarium so i take a little piece of the plant and i tried to classify it but it seems really difficult for this plant.

Amsinckia, thank you.
Perhaps this plant was introduced on your island?

Hi FloraFlores, the 2nd plant is certainly a cardoon. It may be this one which is native to your island. Lamyropsis microcephala

I found this:

Perhaps it will help you to narrow it down.
