Scarlet Sage (Salvia splendens Vista™ Red)

Every spring and summer I see a lot of multi-packs of this bright red salvia at garden centers. Even though they're short in height, I sometimes buy a pack or two. I prefer taller ones, but the bright red flowers really stand out and get attention.
