Epsom Salt is a hydrated form of Magnesium Sulfate, minerals magnesium and sulfur. So yes, in a sense it feeds/fertilizes. Here is more info for you. @Lawrence Welcome to NGA

But it's not a "complete" fertilizer. That is, you can't use it instead of regular N P K fertilizer because it doesn't have those three essential minerals. It's a supplement, and magnesium and sulfur are often included in fertilizers as minor nutrients.
