I love taking pictures of things. Sometimes they are things I like, sometimes I just get bored and take pictures of whatever is around. Mainly I have pictures of my dog and flowers, but now that I am moving closer to family I'm looking to expand it to other things - nieces and nephews, fairs, etc.

Glad to hear of your interest. Photography has indeed changed my life for the better. For over 30 years I did Midwest festivals and fairs. Great way to sharpen your skills. You need to shoot in ugly light (noon when the sun is shining,) be able to react quickly to catching a fleeting image, etc. Keep us posted on your progress. Gene

Juli, you know that I've always bled scarlet and grey, even when living in NY. I am so excited to be back home, but I seem to keep forgetting to bring my camera with me. I am so accustom to just being home for a visit and bringing my camera everywhere, that it is being neglected in the living room, lol.
