Thread OP

This is about the strangest plant I have ever seen. I have no idea what it is. Please help! Spotted it growing in a moist area in my hollow in SE Kentucky. Looks like some type of succulent. Stands about 3' tall with just one pair of umbrella like set of leaves on top. It is getting ready to bloom. I will update when it does. Thanks!

I'm a bit late to the party. You posted some very good pics of Greendragon Thumbs up

My property in north central IN was overrun with invasive Honeysuckle. After years of just cutting it back, I finally took a chainsaw in early spring and cut a swath to the ground. By early summer a strange new plant made it's appearance. (I named it George.) The strong summer sun was killing it, so I moved it to a shady location where it flowered. I collected the seeds, spread them haphazardly and now enjoy several clumps.
