You need to invest in Milky spore and treat your whole yard. Milky Spore requires only one application, lasting ten years or more. You can treat your lawn/garden any time of year when the ground is not frozen. It works best to apply just before rainfall, or water in lightly after application to soak into soil. Good luck Thumbs up

The beetles do not bother my raspberries because I have a ton of wild grape on the property and they seem to prefer the grape .
However they will go after my peaches and I use a spray of garlic pinch of pepper (any hot pepper will do ) and teaspoon of honey

2 cups of water
1/2 cup chopped garlic (or garlic chives)
1/4 tsp pepper
1tsp honey

Put through blender
strain through cheese cloth
and spray

It has saved many bushel of peaches from the nasty hungry bugs.
Of course it is best to wash the fruit before eating Smiling
