I grew it one year and haven't since, but after looking at your pics of this beautiful salvia, maybe I will next year.

There are 3 plants there, but they have only been in the ground since September of last year. They have really taken off. To the front of them I have two Black and Blue which are about to start blooming. Yes the hummers can not miss the place...lol I have a few black chinned hummers visiting the property and the flowers. The rufous hummers should pass through in about 3-4 weeks and should be around for a few weeks. I live close enough to mountains and foothills that I keep hoping that some Broad tailed hummers will show up...but no such luck Sad
