That's good, because I just listed my mesh storage bags.

Thinking along this path, this might be a good way for Ric (@Eric4home) to deal with bales of pro mix. I'm assuming, of course, that he would be willing to haul that stuff down from PA again. (Ric, isn't it wonderful how we volunteer each other!)

Hey Ric...sorry to be the bearer of bad news (double check with Jill) but I think those in bold font were the ones ordered.
“Little girl, why are you doing this? You can’t save all these starfish. You can’t begin to make a difference!” After a few moments thought, she bent down, picked up another starfish & hurled it as far as she could into the ocean. Then she looked up at the man and replied, “Well, I made a difference to that one!” Be the change you wish to see in the world. http://www.stillsthatspeak.com...

Ric, you had an attack of CRS. Chantell is correct. We are not getting Delnashauge or Cum Laude (which were not listed in bold). Don't go sending me a check or anything until I get the final numbers to you, please...

from my tree-mail, "The varieties in bold letters have been ordered. The number in front of hte name is the number remaining."

So, basically, Ric wants the remaining daffodils. Cool!

Chantell, do you want 5 more of the fragrant varieties (total of 10) we talked about so you have 5 for you and 5 for your son on each of them? I'd keep Yellow Cheerfulness at 10.

It occurred to me that I could take something with me when I talk at the Rock Garden Society in Ithaca this fall (how psyched am I about that?!), so Chantell you're back to 25 of the Iphieon, and I'll take 75.

btw, with the daffs... the pinks don't tend to go with the golden yellow or orange tones, but I think they would go with pale yellow... So I'm planning on putting Cassatta (EM) and Prom Dance (L) together with the Grant Mitch hybrids Cool Flame, Decoy, and Shrike (ML). If the bloom times of those pinks overlap with the earlier or later pale yellows, it should be fine... and the yellows will tie that area together with the daffs in the rest of the back yard.

An exception to this is Delnashauge, which is a sufficiently pale coral-pink that it goes just fine with everyting else in teh butterfly daff bed.

@critterologist - Rolling on the floor laughing you're a funny girl. CRS is a chronic condition for me!!!
Ok..I've got to look at the varieties...if there is a way to keep your sanity and treemail a list of the daffs you're referring to for me...it would be amazingly helpful. The bold colors are going to my sis the more subtle colors to me and my son.

Gotcha, Chantell.. LMK if you want any of the bold pink-centered daffs for your sister (Cool Flame, Decoy, Shrike). I reserved 5 Shrike for you because they should be very fragrant, but they are not subtle.

If you want some of the extra daffs listed on the swap tool, just post what you want on this thread, and I'll add it to your order on the spreadsheet.

Thank you, Jill...but I'll pass on any more for sis...she'll be fine with what I've already got coming...

I've got you for 10 each of those. I kinda tossed them in at the last minute... I was really crushing on Shrike and decided it needed some companions... Cool Flame and Decoy are also Grant Mitch hybrids. I saw Decoy in bloom, and it's really bold, stopped me in my tracks. :-)

They'll go with white or (I hope) pale yellow daffs, but I think pink daffs don't combine well with bright yellow/gold/orange daffodils. So give them their own corner.
