It does have a fragrance, but i thought regale was an out to down facing lily. I recall Lorn saying something on a different post that they did make one a few years back that was upfacing though.
It could be 'White Planet'. The color of the stigma seems to match and if the bulb you received is of Dutch origin it would be logical to look for something that is common in cultivation there first
Some of my regale here bloom all together different but more are blooming down but quite a few are facing outwards and some are pointing straight up to open......
so I dunno.........
