Life is "mind over matter". If I d
Sally--
It does not look like a Rex begonia to me!!! The leaves are just--so plain
and not any color in them. Rex's are known for interesting foliage and beautiful colors.
Just my 2 cents...

Contact "Butch"--he is the "Begonia Expert" here.... Sorry--don't remember his "name".

Thanks,
I see a picture on google image search that looks like this, but it links to a Pinterest page and I can't find it there (Pinterest seems to do that to me a lot- the image I preview doesn't seem to be on the page it sends me to)
Anyway, it's not a very pretty plant, but unusual to me so I was curious. It's very small but does seem to have rex begonia form.
Plant it and they will come.

Pretty plant! My first thought was that the leaves didn't look like any Rex Begonia's I've ever seen and I found this list of Costa Farms/Exotic Angel Rex Begonia's: http://www.costafarms.com/plan... but none look like your plant. Then I got to googling and there is a Rex Begonia by the name of Begonia 'Silver Limbo' and I think that's your plant! We currently don't have any photos in our database (so I hope you will add a few!) but check out these photos for comparison:

Yep ... that's it; sure is a beauty! I'll have to be on the lookout around these parts for that Begonia.

Update: my Silver Limbo was in limbo far a long time, but I am giving up. It struggled mightily but in a 3 inch pot; I don't do well with tiny plants. Sayonara, Silver.
Plant it and they will come.
