I've repotted the succulents I got the other day from the Walmart 'rescue me please' rack. As I think most of you saw these were mixed together in shallow bowl shaped containers. The numbers above them are the photo numbers for reference. If you can ID can you please put the number in the ID also.

Chris, did you get IDs for your plants yet? I think 6143 might be crassula mucosa, watchchain plant Watch Chain Plant (Crassula muscosa)
6140 could be variegated jade, crassula ovata ,Jade Plant (Crassula ovata 'Variegata')
6146 Miniature Pine Tree (Crassula tetragona)
6145 could be an echeveria and the last I would venture to say may be a sedum of some sort or better yet, a kalanchoe. They are both etoliated, so it's hard to say.
Hopefully the real experts could chime in for positive IDs.

Hi Deb, nope, just your reply so far. And for all I know you could be absolutely correct on these. I wish when they put the multiple plants together they'd at least put the names of whats in the pot on the label. The one does kind of look like a watch chain.

Thanks Tiffany. They just looked interesting to me when I saw them at Walmart and since they were marked way down I figured heck, why not give them a try. I've got such a diverse collection of plants now that a few more wouldn't hurt.

Looking at these all in Google and Google images the Miniature Pine Tree looks about like my String of Bananas only they're thicker and on a much thicker stalk.

I was much more confident about the other 3 suggestions because they are plants I have and know well. I also have a C. tetragona but it has a much smaller stature than the plant in your pic. There are a good collection of pics at each of the entries in the database here, if you hadn't already looked at the pics from the links that I pasted.

Thank you Tiffany, I did look at the first one already. Will look at the others in a bit as I have to update my plant list. It's way out of date. Will all of these thrive in full sun or do some/all need something else?

I'm not sure about the variegated Jade but the others don't look like they've been in tons of sun up to this point. All would love to be gradually adjusted to significant direct sun, but risk of burning if put in too much sun right away. I'd start with the first couple or last couple hours of the day. It's not necessary to adjust to all day sun to maintain a normal appearance, and in a pot, too much sun during the heat of the day can heat roots up to unnecessary temps.

Good idea, I'll move them over between the two greenhouses where I've got my Elephant Bush cuttings at. It seems to be doing fantastic by where my Brugs are. They get sun but not all day and not direct.
