has anyone ever had an elephant ear grow two leaves per stem? I have one bulb with four seperate shoots and three are normal but the fourth has two leaves per each of the three new stems.

Thanks for the shout-out Sue! Single leaves that have two main veins aren't that uncommon but I've never seen anything like this. Is this a Colocasia John? Is it an off-set from a tissue culture plant?

Here's a link to the I.A.S. Aroid Oddities page. Nothing like this consistently two leaved mutation that I can see.
