No idea what it is but it's not a nematode. They are soil dwellers that invade plants through the roots. Also they're much smaller - you wouldn't be able to see them at all with a 200x microscope. With a 1000x you can see them just barely, and they are longer and thinner proportionally with pointy tails.
Please won't you fill in your personal profile, so that we can know your location? It's so much easier to answer questions if we know where on the planet you are. There are also a lot of places on this continent that don't have any nematodes at all. Not sure about other continents.
