My mom is currently in London and came across this white floral bush (at the neighbour's garden, who sadly doesn't know what it is either), that apparently not only looks lovely, but smells gorgeous as well.
Would anyone know what this is please?

I agree, it sure looks like Waxleaf Privet (Ligustrum japonicum)
