Do people generally consider "Oakleaf Goosefoot (Chenopodium glaucum)" to be a weed?

I'm trying to decide whether to let it grow or not.

It's an alien weed. Get rid of it before it seeds.

How do u get rid of this? I keep pulling it out of my pots and it keeps growing more !
