If not Asiatic Dayflower (Commelina communis) perhaps a variety of Tradescantia? The leaves remind me a bit of:


Not certain but I think both of these are found in Mass:
Spiderwort (Tradescantia virginiana)
Spiderwort (Tradescantia ohiensis)
