Not sure what they are but most bugs that aren't doing any damage to the plants are ignorable. They're just doing what bugs do.

Yes, I just put that echinacea in the ground and they found it fast! There are many constantly out there wedged into the flower heads.

it's an ambush bug. it's a good bug but also will kill pollinators. they sit and wait on prey then ambush it hints the name.

That explains why they are wedged into the flower head like they are. Well, I'll have to keep an eye on them then. I got the flowers to help bring in the pollinators though at the moment the bees care more about the squash flowers. :)
