I'm looking for a small cherry that has purple or bronze leaves. I do have a sand cherry (actually a plum) but was looking for an actual cherry. Any such thing?

The closest you can get that I know of is there are purple leaved Choke Cherries.

well someone mentioned that Japanese beetles like to eat the leaves on cherry trees, so I am going to have to find something else. I have had the beetles terrible this year. Sad
I was considering an amur maple.
