I believe this plant may be on an allotment. Very serrated leaves and white flowers. Grateful for any help with ID

The leaves in your picture seem to have a much more pronounced serration, but could it be
Star of Bethlehem (
Hippobroma longiflora
)
?
Just a guess here, I'm not familiar with the plant.

The leaves remind me a bit of Isotoma
Blue Star Creeper (
Isotoma axillaris
)

I think Lin got it right, the leaves and flowers match Isotoma axillaris
