Linaria purpurea. It's fallen and it can't get up. They need staking in my yard, too. Comes back every year and spreads by seed. Some may call it a little aggressive, I love it. and it is easy to move.

Welcome! Oglebrandy. There are lots of different lavenders, it may be difficult to be precise. Check out Lavandula in the NGA database here:

It does look like lavender, did you buy it as a generic lavender or see it growing somewhere? If there's any doubt it's a lavender there's always the smell test. Smiling
