I only discovered this bush yesterday and after posting a picture on FB was told what it is. And was given a link to this site.
I read that the berries could be used for jelly and am inquiring instructions for this purpose.
Also, can you use cuttings for transplant, if so exactly how?

I have never tried to make Beautyberry jelly. But you can grow new plants from softwood cuttings so too late this year.

American Beautyberry (Callicarpa americana) is a lovely plant. I'd never heard of making jelly from the fruit until reading this great article by one of our members: http://garden.org/ideas/view/g...
