I found this bush/shrub type of plant growing in the water of a lake very close to shore. I thought it was quite interesting. I have never saw anything quite like it. Here is a pic.

I had never heard of it either but one day I captured a few photos of one growing near a park in Savannah.


Recently I discovered a bunch of these plants and will try for cuttings as soon as I can. Crossing Fingers!

I think they are very neat looking. Are they a wild species or are they considered something you could purchase at a nursery??
