Lynn, I don't know a thing about succulents but I sure am enjoying your wonderful photo's! That plant is very attractive, I'm assuming the more vivid coloration comes from the amount of sun it receives? Love those pretty blooms!

They actually turn colors according to the season. And you are right, the more sun they receive the more intense the colors are. The bees and butterflies love the blooms.
I am so glad you are enjoying them.
The sempervivum are the ones that really can knock your socks off with color changes. Some of them are just amazing.
