AAAK! Looks like Asian bittersweet to me.....is it a vine? Not an expert but if you pull this out and it has a bright orangey-yellow root....it IS : Celastrus orbiculatus.
I didn't refresh my page and so didn't see upat5 answer. In any case, looks like a bittersweet which grows into a very large and spreading vine. The oriental is suppose to be more common so upat5 is probably right.
