What kind of plant is this?

How tall is it? Possibly Giant Ragweed?

Yes, it looks like Ambrosia trifida to me also.

It grows up to 5-6 feet, has a nice smell. Thanks everybody.

In our climate, it easily reaches 12' - except in the pastures where the cows like to eat it.

Can someone help identify what this vine plant is? Thanks in advance!
