I just acquired Fragrant Returns this year but have been pleased with its performance so far. The lemony ruffled blooms are pretty and the short grassy foliage makes it well suited to the front of the border. It has been blooming steadily for me for some time. I have not yet done the "sniff test" yet so unfortunately can't attest to its fragrance. Whistling
