There's a tree on a hotel property, and I'm trying to figure out what type it is. I really enjoy the look of it. I've tried various methods of IDing it - the Leafsnap app, the Arbor Day Foundation questionnaire, browsing through trees normally found in Utah - but nothing has actually fit quite right. I currently have an educated guess, but I don't want to color anyone's opinions.

Hopefully below are enough different photos to give everyone a good overview.

Welcome! Cmorrow!

I'll take a guess...Possibly a Weeping Birch tree? Young's Weeping Birch (Betula pendula 'Youngii')
