On my end they show as "sent" but when I try to see them, they are not there. This computer is one day old so is it at my end or not? Any idea what I could do to make it work?

Regular Emails do go through and I can see them.

I can see this thread but it doesn't show as a thread under Site Talk.

Other threads I'm watching do not register as having been seen. They're on my home page no matter how often I go to "Garden.org homepage".

My responses on threads I'm watching do show up but the thread still shows on the homepage as updated (unread).

Now everything works. If anyone has a guess as to why it was misbehaving, please tell me! Thanks.

I admit I'm fairly computer illiterate but maybe hitting 'refresh' updated the pages? It's either refresh or restart I think.

I even turned the computer off and on a few times to no avail. Then it worked like magic but only after spending too much time with it.

I only wish I knew exactly what it was to cause the problem so I'd be able to help anyone else with the same problem.

What browser are you using when this happens? If it's Internet Explorer, that might be the cause. That browser is just horrible, and full of bugs that are impossible to work around.

All internet users should use a modern browser like Chrome or Firefox.

Bing, because it came with the computer, which is just 3 days old.. I've tried to get Chrome but it isn't working.

I just installed Firefox!
