Added a ten inch pot of these to my garden last year. They were a mix of colours, oranges, reds, pinks, and yellows. I have a nice clump this year but they are all the same orange-pinky colour; pretty but I was hoping for the mixture. I know they are a seed grown variety; could this be a hardiness issue with the particular colours, or could there be another reason? Just curious. Confused

I bought 4 plants a few years ago. The label shows a mix of colors but each pot bloomed a different color in the mix. I have hot orange and soft cream still living.

Most likely only the one color survived the Winter. A 10 inch pot for multiple Echinacea is to small.
