Okay so I did lots of propogation on this one. Leaves are growing fine but top rotted :sad:
Anyway, what should I do now? New ones are growing off the sides - should I try to propogate those too? They'd be pretty hard to get off without destroying them though... I don't know

I would let those side shoots grow out to about 2 inches then cut and root. The mother plant should continue to grow.

When my cutting show new growth that means you have roots. I give them a shot of cactus juice (fertilizer).

Cuttings 2 months old.

Two inches in length. When you get roots your start should put on rapid growth. In this photo, in the center I have starts very similar to your plant. Photo taken 2 months ago. This morning I cut off 10 inches and turned into 4 plants and the leaves I stripe should root and make even more plants.
