I thought it would be fun to take a census of who grows Sempervivum and Jovibarba species.
Here is your chance to share which of the species you grow.

My list:
Jovibarba
J. allionii
J. globiferum ssp. allionii f/Col de Turini
J. arenaria f/Murtal
J. hirta f/Belansky Tatra
J. hirta 'Astrid'
J. hirta 'Borealis'
J. hirta f/Biele Karpata
J. hirta f/Mecsek Mts A
J. hirta sobolifera *

I will list my Semp species later. Thumbs up
J. hirta f/Bulgaria

My roller collection increased quite a bit this year from a trade from Twit.

J. hirta f/Belansky Tatra
J. hirta sobolifera ssp hirtella
J. hirta Hedgehog
J. hirta Brachycanthum
J. hirta f/Mecsek Mts A
J. arenaria f/Murtal
J. hirta f/Biele Karpata

And I already had
J. arenaria x hirta f/Belansky Tatra (which I suppose is a cross and not a true species)
J. Olympicum.

My J. Olympicum has colored up really nice right now.

Most of mine are new this year, I only had a few until trades and some I bought through online nurseries.

Chris posted a really nice photo from Aug, 2011. Rollers (Sempervivum globiferum subsp. hirtum 'Olympicum')

Would love to see what yours look like growing in your area Tabby. : )
I need to get some new photos of mine.

My most recent picture of J. Olympicum is September 6:

It's even darker now, so I should take a new picture.

Here's a cute picture of J. hirta sobolifera ssp hirtella

Arachnoidium
arachnoideum Dwarf Cobweb
Calcareum
Erythraeum
Funckii
Minimum AKA montanum Minimum
Pittonii
Pumilum Hepworth

One thing I like about the species sempervivum I have is how prolific they are. Which means I'll have plenty to trade next year. And those rollers are really really prolific!! Those I had through last winter seem really winter hardy, even in a 6 inch plastic pot.

It seems even our heavy, long PNW rainy season doesn't slow down the rollers. I find them amazing, fun, cute and lite hearted little plants. I was amazed when some of mine finally fully opened into the sweetest rosettes. How could a person not love this roller?

I hope my J. sobolifera looks like that next year.
I love taking pictures of my J. arenaria x hirta f/Belansky Tatra with all its little offsets popping out. Plus, its vivd green really shows up against the semps.

The fuzzy S. erythraeum is so cute in the spring.

Awesome photos tabby. Just love the fuzzy erythraeum. This is my first year with mine so they don't look as wonderfully cute as yours. Next year. : )
My sobolifera is in it's second year with me, I was amazed when it opened into rosettes this year.
Your photo of J. arenaria x hirta f/Belansky Tatra just makes me smile and chuckle. Not sure why that Jovi has that affect on my. Sticking tongue out

Just thought I'd add a picture of S. montanum minimum. This one is tiny, but productive.

Tabby, I have that one also, but it is a new plant this year. I can't wait for it to take off growing into a beautiful little clump like yours. They sure look different when they are dormant. How long have you had yours?

I planted those four little balls in the first picture about the time the picture was taken (May day 2010) and it just took off. It was a local purchase so it wasn't stressed to begin with.

Mine went through two shippings and packagings before it got here this year. It still did well. I look for it to really taking off next spring.
