@mjsponies, could I plant these in a hanging basket, similar to a staghorn fern? I read that these can get around 3 feet tall, does that sound about right?

Yes you could. The stems leaves would hang out and up more than down. Would be really nice in a raised plant stand also. As the plants mature the leaves get even more divided also.
