A very different one:

I have this one myself and I think it falls in the category of 'blue on blue'.... or?

...and this is sure eye-catching if not really very blue:

...and then there are all the dark purple ones with 'blue' beards, like

...aaaand the last one:

If anyone want to look at the rest of the 1498 TBIs with blue(ish) beards, just use the
'Search by characteristics' option in the iris database, choose TBI and write 'blue' in the box under 'Beards'
- most of you know this already, I'm sure, but I only found this useful feature, because someone else mentioned it - with detailed instructions, so just trying to pass it on.

The point that *I* was trying to make was: for a TB to compare to Breathtaking, the beard would not only have to be that wonderful shade of dark blue, but it would have to be an enormous sized beard like Tobacco Chew for instance. The beard on Breathtaking goes almost the full length of the fall. There is nothing like that in TB's.

Nope! Not any I have seen so far - and I have looked at quite a few today! Hilarious!

'Caribbean Cruise' sure has the beard size, but not the bright blue.
