I can't clearly see the leaves, but the general form resembles Live Oak.

The first image looks like a type of Holly. Sorry, but the other 3 images are not clear enough.

Has larger fruit than holly, but pictures aren't clear enough to declare acorns. I'm guessing oak of some kind.
