I've checked many older posts but haven't found that plant. Please tell me what that is. I saw it in Croatia if that helps.

Croatia? As far as I know, its a South American native and pretty common in California. I had them coming up everywhere in my yard.

There are pictures of it on the web apparently from Croatia, including one outside an apartment building, and another mention in a botanical garden. So it seems to be grown there. I had the same thought so I'd checked before suggesting it.
