Thread OP

The size of these dwarf pines has gone way beyond dwarf size. In front of my residence they offer lots of privacy, however have grown beyond the roof line of front porch. They are beyond my ability to maintain at this point. Can I cut a few feet off the crowns? Will they die?

Hi lynnh, Welcome! to NGA

I think they are dwarf because they don't get 150 feet tall, just 20. It would be easier to suggest ways to get your 'dwarf' under control if we could see some photos.
