I just noticed that the Salvia plant of the day didn't get shown on the Today's Featured Plants and I'm wondering why that it is.

As I recall, that question was asked before, and the answer was that it doesn't get shown on the home page if there are no photos in the entry.

Might someone contact Flowers by the Sea and request permission to use their image of the 'Telegraph Avenue' on NGA?

I don't pay any attention to this feature but just for my curiosity isn't there a feature rose or iris, etc?

I asked long ago if I could use their photos for the salvia database and was denied. A few times Kermit, of FBTS, has posted some of his salvias pics.

Thank you @Marilyn; maybe one of the NGA members will grow this plant and upload a photo soon.

I grew it a few years ago, but somehow didn't get a pic or two of it. Wished I had.
