Definitely a species of Gasteria, but I'm unsure as to which one.

Gasteria excelsia , croucheri and minima are so similar your photo. You may need to have your plant in the presence of the others to distinguish the difference. Fortunately, the culture of all is identical so advice on their care will be the same.
