This little lady/fellow is on my tomato plants which are next to my butterfly plants I bought to attract monarchs.....no, I have no eggs on them, just bugs. Anyhow, I noticed this thing and would love to know what it is.

That is a tomato hornworm. It is the larval stage of the Carolina sphinx moth. Those are the eggs of a wasp that uses the hormworm as a host.
