Puget Sound region of WA state (Zone 8b)
What type of weed is this? It is invasive and has taken over my lawn and some flower beds. Location Puget Sound region of Washington state. It sends out runners and spreads. I believe it has a small white flower earlier in the summer, but I am not certain of that. Greg

Looks similar to common weed Creeping Buttercup: "Ranunculus repens" maybe start there but its just a guess! Good luck
