So i was in amsterdam for 3 days and its really cool there. People are nice , food good there and climate is nice.
The houses there are really thight but its okay
One the first day i went to the bloemenmarkt and bought so many bulbs.
I can show you what i got.

A belladonna lily

A crinum

A scadoxus multiflorus

A cycas palm

Two amaryllis papilio

They also sold "blue" amaryllis but they photoshoped the poster, the bulbs were only normal amaryllis bulbs.

Everybody knows that the worsleya is blue.

I spent like 20 euros.

You have quite a nice group of bulbs for 20 euros! There is a bulb forum on NGA where you may want to share your photo. Thumbs up

I did not think plants could be carried back to USA. Makes me mad I did not do that ..saw some nice plants in germany and switzerland.

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved

The bulbs are supposed to be certified, if not, you take the chance of them being confiscated coming into the country. I used to go to AMS on a routine basis, there used to be only 1 dealer that carried the certified bulbs, if I remember when looking at the bloemenmarkt (floating market), it was the next to the last vendor on the left. Additionally the boxes and packages they came in would have a hologram tag on the certificated ones.

Thats great! The floating market has some great bulbs! The info I posted was for those wanting to bring bulbs into the US and then being disappointed when they were confiscated. Post photos when your bulbs are up and growing!!!!
