So my lemon balm has not been doing too hot, and today I realized that underneath the leaves, there are all these little moth things. It is an indoor plant, so no clue where they came from. Help!!!

Probably whitefly. They are hard to get rid of because you spray and they fly. Carry your plant outside without disturbing the whiteflies, shake it really good and run back in the house before they have a chance to resettle.

They are attracted to those yellow sticky traps but try to get rid of as many as possible by taking them outside first. Wash the eggs off the leaves and then put up a sticky trap.

Those little bugs are sucking the life out of your plant.

Okay I got the sticky paper and a TON are sticking to it! Now, how do I help my poor plant get back to normal? :/ Also, I see little dots on the undersides of the leaves where the whiteflies were...are they eggs?!?!?!?!

Probably. And hatching as we speak. Give your plant a good bath. Soapy water, rinse well.

Okay! Found a spray solution online with dish soap, water, and rubbing alcohol! I sprayed all of the leaves' undersides! Hopefully it works. (:
