Not that the photos collected here so far might contain the necessary visual info, but what feature could one observe to distinguish the two?

Striped Dracaena (Dracaena fragrans 'Warneckei')

What I noticed first...The stripes of the leaves are different. The 'White Jewel' having the center showing more pronounced white, whereas the white of the 'Warneckei' seems to be more towards the edges with more green center.



edited to add that, other than that, it seems they could be confused with one another quite easily.
