Our first two weeks of August no rain and in the 90's
Now we have had rain almost daily over 6 inches
the down poor came after the blog, dropped another full inch , it feels tropical

Radar shows another thunder storm going to hit us in about 30 min.
I will direct it your way but I don't know

They(news) were talking close to record for August.

We are just up and down here with rainfall. We had a bad dry spell in July, then a spell of heavy rain. Then it dried up again and nary a drop. We are now supposed to have another wet spell as a Tropical Storm moves up the coast toward us. *rummages in shed to get buckets.*

All my buckets are full and wheelbarrow and horse tanks and trash cans
Don't even know why probably won't have to water much this late in the season

We were supposed to get the remnants of Tropical Storm Hermine but now it looks like it is going east of us, so no rain in sight. Ugh.

When you could use a storm they seem to do that
