I found this walking down our driveway. It has leaves simular to wisteria but the flowers are a brick red color the flowers hang like wisteria but smaller clusters which are numerous.

Please, you say the color of the bloom is brick red but my eyes are seeing more of a purple/mauve color. Can you upload more images of the blooms? And maybe another photo in which you isolate the foliage that belongs to the vine.

As you probably know, they like moist soil, which I don't have. In fact this very wet year is the first time they have flowered at all in 6 years. They are about two-thirds done blooming here, and not even one seed pod.

I bet i dont get seed pods cause those bugs going to town on them i will look tomorrow. You know i found out you can grow them in large pots im going to do this with those large round plastic laundry type tubs next year with drain hole or 2 in it. Build a fence for them see how it goes. Mine are located by a creek yet way above the water by our driveway.
