A bit of this and a bit of that

I'm a warm weather person, so I love the summer when there's never a chill in the air. And of course, the food - summer brings tomatoes, squash, peppers, and eggplants in such abundance! I love all the fresh dishes I can make when the garden is producing at its peak.
