got a tad more rain yesterday so not dragging hoses today all is well here

Ginger, I am happy, yet surprised you didn't get more. We were on the bottom side of that mass....guess it's worse being on the bottom than on the top. We had much rain prior to, during and after. No dragging hoses here.

I cut up some pine branches that fell by my house. Still need to get a tree off the fence down front. I'll take a look at it with some loppers in a bit, but may need more help than that.

Yeah, Molly....I've had much worse from "just storms". My DD north of Atlanta got worse wind and rain then me. My immediate area is well overdue, so I suppose when it does come we'll be in for it.

Cleaned up some fallen branches and a few larger limbs today. That's the good news.

The bad news is that there is now water at my DDs house and I have to start washing dishes...a whole pile of them.

Oh well...be thankful for the dirty dishes (had to have food to make them that way) and the water with which to wash them

Plus clean all the containers of trashed food from the fridge when there was no power....

that too...probably more part of the cloud rather then the silver lining
