Does anyone know who/ where would have one or more Montana Moonshine Hosta that I could purchase?

Hosta 'Montana Moonshine' also goes by the name:

'Montana Aureomarginata'

Hosta Montana Moonshine is a sport of aureomarginata I believe.

I could be wrong but some of the growers are saying it is the same.

I have one. It is a streaked sport. Not the same. It is also smaller than Aureo marginata. I kind of collect montana varieties.I believe I have 9 varieties/sports. I also have about 30 montana seedlings. Most are green but there are three with a nice yellow color to them.

You are not likely to find "Moonshine"at a local nursery. I purchased mine through a person who is no longer in business. I will keep my eyes open for any sources.
